Not sure about CrossFit? Attend a free intro class. Trying a class will help you understand what we do, why we do it, and answer any questions that you may have. You will personally experience how we can scale your workouts to fit your own fitness level. Click here to get started.
Once you attend a free class, you can now become a member. We have wide variety of membership plans to choose from to fit your budget and lifestyle. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to come in 2, 3, or even up to 6x a week.
Our Private “On Ramp” offers a seamless integration into our WOD classes, where the concentration becomes more refinement of technique and development of athletic capacities. Upon completion of the On Ramp Program, you will then have the opportunity to attend any WOD.
